Service Porter

McManes Automotive is looking for a Service Porter at Country Hills Ford!

This role is ideal for someone with a clean driving record, a strong work ethic, and a desire to support a busy Service Department. The Service Porter is responsible for supporting the Service team, maintaining vehicle flow on the lot, and ensuring service areas are clean, organized, and efficient.

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner
• Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with genuine intent
• Listen to and document customer needs and expectations throughout the visit
• Review and maintain rental inventory to determine rentals, availability, and services due
• Run customer vehicles through the automated car wash
• Assist with porting and organizing service vehicles on the lot
• Move customer and dealership vehicles safely throughout the property
• Ensure the service drive-thru area is clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Assist the Service Department with general support tasks as required
• Additional duties as assigned

• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work in a team environment and possess strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
• Organized with attention to detail and the ability to document customer needs
• Flexible and open to change; able to take on special tasks as needed
• Ability to manage customer concerns and solve problems effectively
• Self-motivated with an excellent work ethic
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Computer skills and an understanding of technology
