Store Manager – Automotive Accessories & Retail

Lead One of Atlantic Canada's Growing Truck & Jeep Accessory Retailers

Northern 4WD Warehouse is a leading retailer and installer of premium Jeep, truck, and off-road accessories. We specialize in lift kits, wheels and tires, truck caps, step bars, lighting, suspension systems, performance upgrades, and professional installations.

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Moncton location. What You'll Do

• Manage the daily operations of the retail store.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales and installation teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create an outstanding customer experience.
• Help customers choose the right products and accessories for their vehicles.
• Drive sales growth while meeting store performance goals.
• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, receiving, and merchandising.
• Coordinate workflow between the showroom and installation department.
• Recruit, schedule, train, and support team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Represent Northern 4WD Warehouse at Jeep club events, trade shows, off-road events, and other promotional activities as required. This position is primarily Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Automotive Manager.
• Automotive, truck accessory, powersports, or aftermarket industry experience is considered a strong asset.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proven sales and retail management experience.
• Experience with inventory management and POS systems.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license.
