With these technologies, PAMI is able to digitally prototype a structure, bulk material, or fluid to analyze the performance of a particular product or system.What will you do?Reporting to the Shop Lead, or where applicable the Project Leader the incumbent will provide support services to projects in the shop. This position is needed as soon as possible and will be required for approximately 4 weeks, with possibility of extension.The following are the general duties of this position, but are not inclusive of all the detailed tasks that may be required:Maintaining buildings and groundsLoad, unload, move, and organize materials using appropriate equipmentSafely operate hand tools and power tools as trainedPerform basic maintenance on shop equipment as assignedAssist with equipment setup and teardownFollow work instructions and standard operating proceduresPerform basic quality checks as directedAssist with shop maintenance projectsGeneral organizing and cleaning of the area to keep it safeFollow all company health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practicesWhat do you need to succeed?General knowledge – operation and servicing of equipment, use of toolsForklift training considered an assetAbility to work well in a team setting while also able to take initiative when working independentlyIdeally 1-2 years of relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience How to Apply: Once you click on the Apply for this Position button you will be taken to a page where you will have two ways to apply.
