Position Overview
We are hiring seasonal Exterior Cleaning Technicians for our 2026 fall season.

Season Timeline:
Positions begin between September 1 and September 10, 2026 and run through November, with potential extension based on weather and business needs.

This is a physically active, outdoor position that focuses on gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and sprinkler blow-outs during our busy fall period. Training is provided, but strong work ethic and reliability are required.

Responsibilities

• Clean gutters, downspouts, windows, screens, tracks, and sills
• Assist with sprinkler blow-outs and pressure washing
• Follow safety procedures at all times, including ladder and rooftop safety
• Maintain clean and organized vehicles and equipment
• Deliver professional customer service on-site
• Work efficiently with team members to complete daily jobs

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on role
• Comfortable working in cool/wet fall conditions
• Physically fit and able to work full 8–10 hour shifts
• Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's licence preferred
• Willingness to learn and follow company systems

Previous experience in window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or a related field is an asset but not required.
