Job description: Our client is looking for a qualified and energetic AZ Steering Dolly driver out of Milton, ON for local deliveries for bridge construction. Job Details Operating a steering dolly to haul bridge pieces Operating flatbeds hauling structural steel, rebar, coils, and oversized loads Monday to Friday, Day shift Steering dolly runs are typically at night City and Local Highway, home every night Drivers will be responsible for load securement - strapping, chaining, and occasional tarping Pay Rate for regular flatbed loads - $31.50/hr Pay Rate for Steering Dolly loads - $43.97/hr Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of verifiable AZ Commercial driving experience A minimum of 2 years of experience hauling AZ flatbed loads A minimum of 1 year of experience operating a steering dolly Experience hauling steel preferred but not necessary Clean abstract and CVOR Ability to pass a criminal background check Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Customer service oriented - pleasant, friendly demeanor Punctuality, work ethic and willingness to learn are all key personality traits Knowledge and adherence to safety regulations If you or someone you know is qualified and interested, please apply today !
