Great shift premiums – 7.5% when working on the afternoon shift and 15% on the steady midnight shift.Rotating shifts (days and afternoons) and steady Midnight shifts are available. The Role: As a Metal Forming Operator you will spend your days operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are key.
