Pallet Builder - Afternoon Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Position Summary We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Pallet Builder to join our production team on the day shift. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where safety, quality, and productivity are key. This position involves one of two primary responsibilities: Manually assembling wooden pallets using an assembly easel and hand tools. Operating a semi-automated or automated pallet-building machine. Candidates with a mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assemble wooden pallets according to production specifications. Operate pallet-building equipment safely and efficiently. Perform basic troubleshooting and identify minor equipment issues. Inspect completed pallets to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company health and safety procedures. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience is an asset. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment operation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
