• Perform accurate patient registration and data entry, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date.
• Verify patient insurance details and process necessary documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting patients with inquiries and appointments.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Maintain and update electronic health records with precision and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Uphold strict confidentiality of all patient information.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and computer proficiency in daily tasks.
