Cleaner – Job DescriptionWe are seeking dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team and provide high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, respectful, and takes pride in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients.
Cleaners will be assigned to client locations based on availability, service requirements, location, and scheduling needs.
What You Will Do

• Provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas according to company quality standards.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing, and general cleaning.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces and frequently used areas.
• Follow client instructions, cleaning procedures, and company safety guidelines.
• Use cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Maintain consistent quality and strong attention to detail.
• Identify and report damages, maintenance concerns, or other issues at client locations.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, supervisors, and team members.
• Complete assigned services within the expected timeframe.
• Confirm completion of assignments as required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while representing the company.
• Protect client property and maintain confidentiality and professionalism while working in client locations.

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, janitorial, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible, and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and established cleaning procedures.
• Comfortable working independently and managing assigned responsibilities.
• Professional, respectful, trustworthy, and client-focused.
• Physically able to perform routine cleaning duties, including standing, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving as required.
• Willingness to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service.
