Automotive Appearance & Glass Technician

Kieswetter Mazda is growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Appearance & Glass Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in window tint installation, paint protection film (PPF) application, and automotive glass replacement, who is also willing to help with a variety of dealership tasks as needed.

• Install automotive window tint to dealership standards
• Apply paint protection film (PPF) on new and used vehicles
• Remove and replace automotive windshields and other vehicle glass
• Prepare vehicles for delivery by ensuring appearance standards are met
• Perform quality control inspections on completed work
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist with detailing, accessory installations, vehicle preparation, and other dealership tasks as required
• Support the collision, service and sales departments to help ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Experience installing window tint and paint protection film (PPF)
• Experience replacing automotive glass
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver vehicle glass and related materials
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Experience working in a dealership or automotive shop environment
• Knowledge of vehicle accessories and appearance products
• Experience with ceramic coatings or vehicle detailing
