Kieswetter Mazda is growing and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Appearance & Glass Technician to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone experienced in window tint installation, paint protection film (PPF) application, and automotive glass replacement, who is also willing to help with a variety of dealership tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities- Install automotive window tint to dealership standards
- Apply paint protection film (PPF) on new and used vehicles
- Remove and replace automotive windshields and other vehicle glass
- Prepare vehicles for delivery by ensuring appearance standards are met
- Perform quality control inspections on completed work
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with detailing, accessory installations, vehicle preparation, and other dealership tasks as required
- Support the collision, service and sales departments to help ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Experience installing window tint and paint protection film (PPF)
- Experience replacing automotive glass
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and maneuver vehicle glass and related materials
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Experience working in a dealership or automotive shop environment
- Knowledge of vehicle accessories and appearance products
- Experience with ceramic coatings or vehicle detailing
