If you have the attitude, work ethic, and desire to grow, we'll invest in helping you get there, including supporting apprenticeship training along the way.What You'll Be DoingEvery project is different, but your work may include:Framing walls, floors, and structural components for residential renovations and additionsInstalling insulation, drywall, trim, doors, cabinetry, shelving, and finishing hardwareReading blueprints and construction drawings to help plan each day's workTaking accurate measurements and preparing materials for installationCompleting residential renovation work from demolition through finishing detailsWorking efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanshipKeeping jobsites clean, organized, and safeCaring for company tools and equipmentCommunicating professionally with homeowners when neededReporting any vehicle, equipment, or tool issues promptlyWhat We Offer$28-$34/hour, based on experience and certificationFull-time, year-round employmentInterior renovation work throughout the winterEarly Fridays: 9-hour days Monday through Thursday and a half-day FridayWeekends are yours.
