This role is a permanent full-time position. The successful applicant(s) will:Understand and work within Cascadia's safe work procedures and safety policiesBe responsible for accurately picking materials using forklifts and cranesBundle and stage materials for customer ordersSafely unload incoming material using forklifts and cranesSafely load material onto trucks and trailers using forklifts and cranesHave a proven work history Position requirements:Attention to detailAbility to lift 45 kgs (100 lbs) safelyStanding and walking for extended periodsValid drivers licenseAble to work independently or within a team environmentMay be required to work overtimeForklift experience would be an assetAble to learn and use industrial strapping toolsMust be reliable and punctualStrong understanding of safety protocols and best practicesFlexibility; able to multi-task and work as part of a teamAbility to read orders and complete basic paperwork Joining Cascadia Metals means being part of a thriving and expanding organization that values its employees.
