RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in accordance with project requirements and supporting documentation. * Coordinate with project controls and internal teams to resolve billing questions and ensure invoices are accurate and submitted with the necessary backup. * Process customer payments received and apply cash receipts to customer accounts. * Monitor customer accounts for overdue balances and conduct collection activities. * Resolve customer billing disputes and payment discrepancies in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate customer master data and supporting documentation. * Participate in cross-training initiatives to develop proficiency in accounts receivable, accounts payable, expense management, payroll support, and other finance functions as assigned. * Process employee expense claims and corporate credit card reconciliations in accordance with company policies. * Provide general administrative support on an as-needed basis, including team building events preparation, data entry, meeting coordination, office supply coordination, courier/mail handling, etc. QUALIFICATIONS: * Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. * Minimum 2 years of applicable experience in finance administration, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or office administration. * Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, invoicing, collections, and account reconciliation. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data entry, sorting/filtering, formulas, and basic reporting. * Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and time management. * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
