Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator / Order Checker to support our warehouse operations. This role focuses on order accuracy, quality control, and inventory support in a fast-paced environment! Work a convenient day shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm! Responsibilities: Shipping Coordinate daily outbound shipments and ensure orders are prepared and shipped according to customer requirements Schedule and coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries Prepare and verify shipping documentation, bills of lading, labels, packing slips, and other required paperwork Assist in signing out drivers Populate/maintain appointment screen through WMS Manage express door Update tablet as required Complete dock checks each morning for trailers Complete dock checks against Bill of Ladings Confirm all pallets are being loaded onto trucks accurately and securely Track shipments and follow up on missed, delayed, or incomplete deliveries Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, damages, and other issues Receiving Coordinate incoming deliveries and ensure receiving appointments are scheduled as required Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, receiving documentation and customer requirements Ensure products are counted, inspected, identified, and received accurately Record shortages, overages, damages, and discrepancies and communicate issues to appropriate department Ensure received product is properly labelled and directed to the appropriate warehouse location Maintain accurate receiving documentation and system records Qualifications - Valid Forklift Operator Certification on Reach, Counter Balance, Order Picker, and Working at Heights - 2 years of forklift experience - Ability to operate counterbalance, reach, dock stocker, or walkie-rider - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks - Strong attention to detail and basic computer/WMS skills - Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred Pay Rate: - $23/hour - Weekly pay every Friday Apply Today!
