Installation Technician

Our client is seeking reliable and physically capable Installers to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient loading, unloading, transportation, and installation of wall systems at various job sites.

The ideal candidate will have strong physical stamina, good communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a strong focus on safety and customer service. Previous job-site installation experience is an asset.

This position involves lifting, loading, and unloading materials and equipment from vehicles, as well as hands-on installation work.

• Location: Etobicoke, ON – Dundas St. W. & The West Mall
• Job Site Travel: Candidates will report to the office and travel to job sites using company trucks.
• Compensation: $25.00–$35.00/hour, based on experience
• Type: 3-month Temp-to-Perm opportunity
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift/Hours: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 5:00 PM, depending on job requirements

• Safely lift, carry, load, unload, and move heavy materials and equipment as directed by the supervisor.
• Assist with the transportation, preparation, and installation of wall systems at various job sites.
• Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas safely and efficiently.
• Assist with organizing, staging, and preparing materials and equipment for installation.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate installation tasks and maintain safe working practices.
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company and job-site safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Previous job-site installation experience is preferred.
• Experience installing operable walls, overhead garage doors, windows, gym equipment, or similar products is an asset.
• Familiarity with different types of hand and power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials repeatedly throughout the workday.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality.
• Professional and respectful when dealing with customers and coworkers.
• A valid G Driver's Licence is an asset.
