ABOUT THE COMPANY
This is not your average bindery. Operating in the pharmaceutical space means every job matters — quality, precision, and consistency are the standard, not the goal. THE ROLE
The Senior Outsert Technician plays a key role in the production and quality assurance of outsert materials — printed inserts and attachments applied to packaging and mail pieces. This senior-level position leads a small team of technicians, ensures equipment is operated safely and efficiently, and upholds the highest standards of print and packaging quality. The successful candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, a strong mechanical aptitude, and a natural ability to mentor and motivate colleagues on the production floor. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and take pride in precision craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.

- Maintain accurate, up-to-date production records, logs, and shift reports
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in outsert, print, or packaging production environments
- Demonstrated experience operating outsert, inserting, or similar automated production machinery
