Position Overview

As our Accounting Clerk, you'll be an essential part of the team, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly and financial records stay precise and organized. Think of yourself as the “pit crew” for our accounting operations, keeping everything running efficiently and on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices and payments with accuracy and speed
• Post daily transactions (cash, cheques, credit cards—you name it)
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, resolving any discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end close (our version of a tune-up)
• Keep financial records clean, organized, and audit-ready
• Assist the accounting team with administrative and clerical tasks

What You Bring to the Team

• High school diploma (post-secondary in Accounting or Payroll is a bonus)
• Experience working with accounting/payroll systems
• CDK or Payworks experience an asset
• Dealership or automotive experience is a strong asset
