This is a full-time Design Engineering Manager position based in Morris, MB.
You will lead and supervise the drafting and design team, assign projects, manage workloads, develop schedules, and coach team members.
Experience with Autodesk Inventor and 3D CAD software is required; AutoCAD alone is not sufficient.
The salary range is $70,000.00–$80,000.00 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Establish and maintain design standards and documentation, review designs for manufacturability and compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Previous experience leading a design or drafting team, strong project management and organizational skills, excellent communication, and an understanding of manufacturing processes.
Mechanical Technology education is an asset, grain handling equipment experience is a strong asset, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation is required.
