Admin Coordinator (CICO)

Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting for an Admin Coordinator for a full-time temporary opportunity in Fredericton, NB. This position is ideal for an organized and detail oriented individual who enjoys administrative work, data entry, and supporting daily operations in a fast paced environment. This is a 5-week temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry.
• Complete filing and maintain organized records.
• Provide administrative support to daily operations.
• Enter and maintain information using computer based and web based programs.
• Ensure information is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when completing repetitive tasks.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Follow established procedures and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Experience using web-based programs is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with Bringg and TruckMate is considered an asset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to focus on filing and computer data entry for extended periods.
• Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous administrative or data entry experience is considered an asset.
• Must be able to provide proof of a clear criminal record check completed within 3 months of hire.

What We Offer

• $20.00/hour plus 4% vacation pay
• Full-time hours: 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Weekly payroll through direct deposit
