Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and user requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of user stories, business requirements documents (BRDs), process flows, and other project documentation.
  • Work with product, development, and quality assurance teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
  • Help create low-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and process diagrams to support solution design.
  • Participate in application testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, and
  • validation of business requirements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify product improvements, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and documenting product issues while collaborating with technical teams on potential solutions.
  • Support stakeholder communication by tracking requirements, updates, and project activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps, feature prioritization discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Interest in product management, business analysis, enterprise software, and technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or software development concepts is considered an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of business process analysis and documentation techniques.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies, cloud applications, or enterprise software is considered an asset but not required.
