Warehouse Associate

A year-round manufacturing operation in the Caledon/Bolton area produces concrete systems in a controlled indoor environment. The operation remains active through the winter and offers a steady opportunity for dependable people interested in long-term work.

We are hiring Warehouse Staff to support the manufacturing of concrete systems, including assembling rebar cages and footings. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone who works safely, pays attention, communicates well, and consistently shows up ready to contribute.

• Fabricate rebar cages and mattresses for concrete walls and footings
  
• Pour concrete in the warehouse to manufacture retaining-wall and acoustic-wall components
  
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  
• Use power tools and equipment safely, including mitre saws, routers, air nailers, air staplers, drills, chop saws, rebar-tying tools, masonry saws, and grinders
  
• Follow workplace safety procedures and remain aware of surrounding activity
  
• Complete woodworking tasks such as fabricating post tops, chamfering posts, assembling lattice, and fastening wood components
  
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers to keep work moving efficiently
  
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse duties, including cleaning, organizing, and other production tasks as needed
  

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. safely and consistently
  
• Competent using power tools and experienced with basic carpentry or woodworking tasks
  
• Safety-minded, attentive, and aware of workplace dynamics
  
• Dependable and able to maintain regular Monday-to-Friday attendance
  
• Able to communicate effectively in English for instructions and workplace safety
  
• Willing and able to learn the company's production processes, equipment, and safety procedures
  
• Able to stay focused during work and limit personal phone use
  
• Available to start as soon as possible
  

• $22–$25 per hour
  
• Monday-to-Friday schedule, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
