Our client, a manufacturing plant that has been in business for more than 40 years, is looking to hire a fabrication supervisor in Mississauga! Work for an industry leader in components for both the garage door and entry door industries! We are looking for someone to lead daily operations in our fabrication department! This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with room to grow and advance! Responsibilities: - Oversee aluminum cutting ,frame assembly, welding, grinding, PVC cutting, and taping - Ensure schedules and daily quotas are achieved - Manage staffing, task assignments, attendance, and performance - Maintain quality by verifying drawings, specs, 1st-offs, BOM accuracy, and ongoing QC. - Enforce safety procedures and PPE use. - Communicate daily priorities and coordinate with other departments Shift: - Monday to Friday 7am to 3:30pm Pay rate: - $26/hour - Weekly pay every Friday Qualifications: - 3-5 years supervisory experience in fabrication/manufacturing - Strong knowledge of aluminum processes - Ability to read drawings - Solid leadership and communication skills - Strong safety focus - Basic computer skills - Proficiency with measurement tools. This is based in Mississauga, ON, with a Monday to Friday shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
The hourly pay is $26.00 per hour, with weekly pay every Friday.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in fabrication/manufacturing, strong knowledge of aluminum processes, the ability to read drawings, solid leadership and communication skills, and basic computer and measurement tool proficiency.
