Our client, located in Ajax, Ontario, is seeking a Planner - MRO Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the R&O Shop
This will be a day shift (37 hours per week)
Job Title Planner – Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) Coordinator
Pay Rate: $24- $27
Start Date: ASAP (24 months contract)
CGP clearance required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the R&O Shop in order to meet or exceed required delivery dates.
- Ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectation.
- Entering batch reports into SAP system
- Optimizes work processes to improve efficiency
- Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports as required.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure part availability.
- Willing to carry AOG phone after hours on a rotational basis
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- SAP experience an asset.
- Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations pertaining to airworthiness requirements an asset
