Meet Cliniconex

At Cliniconex, our focus is our customers, our community and our culture. As a small company, we understand the importance of having a team that connects effectively. Whether it's day-to-day operations or an emergency, teams need to be on the same page, and that's why we make healthcare communication and collaboration solutions that are as easy as 1,2,3. Easy to implement, easy to use and easy to scale.
Our solution reaches audiences via voice, text or email, strengthens teams with a record of all conversations, and unites a family-centered community through timely, transparent outreach. The result? More time to care.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Sales Engineer at Cliniconex, you'll be the product authority in every sales conversation. You'll own product demonstrations across all of our verticals — senior care, medical and primary care clinics, community paramedicine, and hospitals and health systems — and you'll own the demo environments the entire revenue team depends on. Your work shortens sales cycles, builds buyer confidence, and gives every prospect a clear, credible picture of how the Automated Care Platform (ACP) fits their world. You'll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product and Customer Success, and you'll have real influence over what we build next.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own product demonstrations end to end across all verticals — senior care and senior living, medical and primary care clinics, community paramedicine and mobile integrated health, and hospitals and health systems.
  • Tailor every demo to the buyer in the room — clinical staff, administrators, IT or executives — so it speaks to their workflow rather than running a standard feature tour.
  • Build, configure and maintain demo accounts and demo data across the full ACP suite, including ACM Alerts, ACM Messenger, ACM Vault, ACM Concierge, ACS Booking, ACS Forms, ACS Surveys, ACS Check-in, ACI Encounters, ACI Assistant, ACI Receptionist and ACI Compliance.
  • Keep every demo environment current with each product release, and brief the sales team on what changed and how to position it.
  • Act as the product expert on behalf of Sales through discovery, and technical validation.
  • Field integration questions with confidence, covering EMR and EHR connectivity with partners such as PointClickCare, QHR/Accuro, TELUS Health, WELL Health and MatrixCare.
  • Support proof-of-concept and pilot deployments, and hand off cleanly to Customer Success at close.
  • Build reusable demo scripts, sandbox scenarios and enablement material so demo quality scales across the whole team, not just with you in the room.
  • Feed field insight, feature gaps and competitive intelligence back to Product Management to shape the roadmap.

What We're Looking For:

We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven individual who:

  • Three or more years in sales engineering, solutions consulting, technical pre-sales or a product specialist role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • A track record of delivering compelling product demonstrations to mixed audiences of clinical, administrative, technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Working fluency with integration concepts — APIs, HL7v2, FHIR, SFTP and SSO — and the ability to explain them in plain language to a non-technical buyer.
  • Hands-on aptitude for configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining software environments independently.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; you can hold a room, virtually or in person.
  • Strong organizational habits — demo environments stay reliable only when someone treats them as a product in their own right.
  • A genuinely collaborative approach, since you'll work daily with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success and Channel Partnerships.

Bonus Points for:

  • Experience in healthcare technology, particularly senior care, primary care, paramedicine or hospital environments.
  • Familiarity with EMR and EHR platforms such as PointClickCare, MatrixCare, Accuro or Epic, or with ePCR systems.
  • Exposure to community paramedicine or mobile integrated health programs.
  • Salesforce experience, and the discipline to keep demo and deal activity well documented.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 base salary plus commission
