Mechatronic and Robotic technician

Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and other building systems

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs

• Review assigned work orders and partner with available systems to track completion

• Monitor alarms and ensure all building systems are operating efficiently

• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulationsUse existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.

• Exchange straightforward information in a clear, concise manner

• Generate card access for visitors and employees upon request

• Impact team through defined duties, methods and tasks as described in detail

• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance

Our requirements:

• High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma (GED), or diploma from a vocational training institution with one to two years of job-related work experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, standing, walking, climbing stairs and ladders, and lifting and carrying heavy loads of at least 50 pounds.

• Ability to follow basic work rules and standards as part of his/her duties.

• Communication skills to convey information effectively.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. For example, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Advanced organizational skills and a spirit of curiosity.
