Support and care are provided in a team-based approach, including various interdisciplinary team members such as personal support workers, nursing, physicians, spiritual and psychosocial support. We embrace a holistic model of care and the importance of providing individuals dignity at the end of their life, while providing opportunity for the resident and family to exercise religious, cultural and spiritual rituals, customs, rites and beliefs.
