Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems and finding better ways for a business to work?
We're looking for an IT & Business Systems Specialist to support a growing mechanical and building services organization in getting the most out of its technology. This role combines IT support, business applications, systems optimization, automation, and emerging technology.
You'll work closely with employees across the organization to troubleshoot technical issues, support critical business systems, and identify practical ways to improve workflows, connect systems, and make day-to-day operations more efficient.

This position is based in Ottawa, Ontario and is fully on-site, five days a week in the office.
The base salary ranges from $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year.
You’ll provide hands-on internal IT support, administer Google Workspace, support core business applications, improve functionality and adoption, implement new software, and build workflow automations and integrations.
You’ll work across IT support, business applications, automation, integrations, Google Workspace, SaaS platforms, and explore AI solutions to improve productivity.
Must-haves include 2–5 years in IT support or similar roles, experience with Google Workspace and SaaS, strong troubleshooting, and independent ownership. Nice-to-haves include workflow automation tools, APIs, AI exposure, and experience with industry software.
The role offers ownership and autonomy to identify problems and implement solutions, with room to grow as you develop understanding of the business, systems, and technology strategy.
