Employee Assistance Program

StellarGrade is a Montreal-based NetSuite implementation and consulting firm helping mid-market companies streamline operations through ERP implementation, optimization, and ongoing support. We're a fast-growing team with a strong track record across retail, professional services, nonprofit, and manufacturing clients — and we're expanding our reach across Canada and into the US market.

About the Role

We're hiring an Ontario-based Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth across Canada and the United States. This is a foundational hire — you'll lead outbound prospecting and qualification as we establish StellarGrade in new markets, working closely with sales and leadership to refine our approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build sales pipeline across Canada and US
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting focused on mid-to-large manufacturers and distributors
  • Execute personalized cold outreach to decision-makers (CFOs, VP Operations, IT Directors)
  • Qualify leads and manage the early sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → handoff to demo/proposal
  • Occasional travel for in-person prospect meetings as needed
  • Support development of a referral network (integrator partners, local accounting firms)
  • Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, pipeline metrics, and lead conversion

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in software/ERP or professional services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is a strong asset for Canada and US market outreach
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing platforms, CRM systems)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing and/or distribution sectors is an asset
  • Self-starter mentality — comfortable building a new market from the ground up with support, not a fully built playbook
  • Results-driven, organized, resilient in the face of rejection
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and a car to go onsite to meet prospects
  • Applicants must have current, unrestricted authorization to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or existing valid work permit).

Why work with us?

  • 35h weekly schedule
  • Competitive compensation
  • Group insurance with contribution from the employer
  • Telemedicine and EAP accessible to you and your family
  • Voluntary Group RRSP
  • Generous sick days and PTO
  • Possibility to work anywhere in the world up to 90 days (terms and conditions applies)
  • Annual corporate retreat and quarterly events
  • Young and driven team
  • Very good work life balance
