Our exceptional team, powertrain agnostic product portfolio, vertical integration, global footprint and customer proximity make us a trusted partner to all the world's leading OEMs. Job Summary:A Mold Making leader in our Windsor Mold Tooling facility will oversee day to day operations of a Mold Making group including creating and maintaining a culture of health and safety, supervising Estimate to Actual budgets and financial performance, overseeing quality in all aspects of project. Provide people leadership to all team members in the organization through training. Job Responsibilities:Provide leadership to all team members in the organization through training, development, performance management, and disciplineSupport continuous improvement efforts across the multi-faceted business.Demonstrates teamwork, leadership and mentorship skills necessary for developing effective and productive teams and ensuring high employee morale.Support both local tryouts and tryouts at customer facilities. Troubleshoot and repair plastic injection moldsIs widely seen as trusted and operating with integrity.Demonstrates knowledge on the customer, the commodity, and the specific project.Lead by example in all functions.Other duties or tasks as assigned or required.
