Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Belleville, Ontario
Pay Rate: $18.40 to $25 (Depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:45AM to 3:30PM

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support our Co-Pack Department in Belleville, Ontario. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle, move, and stage materials required for co-packing operations
• Operating a Forklift (Crown sit down counterbalance)
• Operating Wrap Machines
• Supply production lines with products, packaging, and materials
• Assist with assembling, labeling, packing, and repacking products
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure product and packaging standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all health, safety, and company policies
• Support other warehouse or production tasks as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have sit down Crown counterbalance experience
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred (co-pack experience an asset)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs as required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently Monday to Friday
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
