The period between Christmas and New Year's Day is unpaid time off.Description:The purpose of the Campus Welcome & Reception position is to provide quality service to students, staff, and visitors through receptionist duties and general administrative support for the campus. The position is responsible for managing the main reception desk of the campus, providing mailroom services, and coordinating room bookings for internal and external users. This position will provide relief coverage, as required, during the regular incumbent's leaves throughout the year.Qualifications:Required:Office Administration certificate with one year of relevant work experience.Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Ability to manage a multi-line telephone switchboard, work independently with minimal supervision, and work collaboratively with colleagues.A current and valid driver's license.An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
