Dock Worker (Forklift Operator)

Integrated Staffing is currently recruiting an experienced Forklift Operator for a full-time, ongoing opportunity in the Somerville, NB area. If you have previous forklift experience, a valid forklift certification, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
• Handle and transport materials weighing up to 75 lbs, using proper lifting and handling techniques.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and company expectations.
• Wear required PPE at all times while working.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety.
• Perform physical tasks involving bending, stretching, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification with previous forklift operating experience.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada for a minimum of one year.
• Clear Criminal Record Check, issued within the last three (3) months.
• Willing to obtain Dangerous Goods certification.
• Valid WHMIS certification.
• Ability to safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including bending and stretching for extended periods.
• Ability and willingness to work in varying weather conditions, including outdoors.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to work the required schedule.

What We Offer

• $20.00/hr
• Full-time, ongoing opportunity
• Monday to Friday, 2:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Immediate start available
• Prompt weekly payroll through direct deposit.

PPE Requirements

• CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots are required.
