General Labourer – Manual Order Picking
Fuze HR Solutions is currently hiring 2 General Labourers for a busy warehouse operation in Brampton. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for candidates with recent order-picking and RF scanner experience. Location250 First Gulf Blvd., Brampton, ON

Pay & SchedulePay Rate: $17.60/hourInitial Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• The first month is expected to be on the day shift.

Peak Season Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
• Candidates must be available and flexible to move to the afternoon shift when business volume increases.
• Saturday availability may also be required during peak season.

After Peak Season:

• Expected to return to the 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM day shift, likely toward the end of December.

Important: Candidates must be available for both the initial day shift and the potential afternoon shift. Please do not apply if you are unable to work the afternoon shift when required.
About the WorkThe position involves working in a warehouse environment supporting the distribution of ski equipment and accessories. The work is primarily manual order picking and general warehouse support.
Job Duties

• Pick ski equipment and accessories using an RF scanner
• Walk through warehouse aisles to locate products
• Handle inbound loads, receiving, cycle counts, and put-away
• Perform stock replenishment and shrink wrapping
• Follow account-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. as required
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Recent order-picking experience using an RF scanner is required
• Previous warehouse experience is required
• Ability to stand and walk for an extended period
• Ability to bend, crouch, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift 1–30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. as required
• Strong communication, reading, and basic math skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• English language proficiency required
• Must be eligible to work full-time hours
• Clear background check required

PPE RequirementsCandidates must arrive with:

• CSA-approved steel-toe safety shoes
• Safety shoes must have the green triangle CSA label
• Safety vest

Candidates without the required CSA-approved safety footwear may not be permitted to work. Working Environment

• Some noise, dust, and temperature variations may occur
• Regular standing, walking, bending, crouching, and lifting

• Must successfully complete a background check
• Must be available for full-time hours
• Flexibility to work Saturdays during peak season may be required
