This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in our Toronto office.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for a detail-oriented CMS Integration Specialist to join our team. You will support the content team's daily operations through technical expertise and collaborate closely with development, product, QA, and analytics teams to execute content management system (CMS) initiatives for the Audi North America account.
Our ideal candidate is a highly organized and detail-oriented content professional who enjoys problem-solving, learning new digital tools, and working collaboratively across disciplines. This role bridges the gap between CMS and development spaces, serving as the content team's technical and troubleshooting expert, enhancing content platform management, enabling digital tool adoption, and supporting technical initiatives across the Audi account while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Support CMS integration initiatives in partnership with development, product, QA, and analytics teams, including troubleshooting issues, supporting testing efforts, and exploring enhancements within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Review and support intake of new content integration and CMS support requests, gathering requirements and managing expectations with stakeholders
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate CMS issues while identifying potential solutions and workarounds
- Create, maintain, update, and publish content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Work closely with the internal and external teams to fulfill daily client requests, ensuring all assigned projects and tasks are executed to plan and in a timely manner
- Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients and partners and maintain strong trusted relationships
- Coordinate with Content Authors and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with requirements
- Collaborate with Developers and Product Specialists to integration new tools and features, troubleshoot authoring issues, and support accessibility requirements
- Conduct content quality assurance reviews, ensuring consistency, completeness, and adherence to team standards
- Document CMS processes, troubleshooting steps, and implementation requirements
- Maintain accurate project documentation, task tracking, and status updates within Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools
- Assist with estimating effort and identifying technical dependencies for content and CMS-related work
- Support the implementation of process improvements that enhance content operations and delivery efficiency
- Assemble and collate presentations for both internal and client audiences
- Help identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and platform functionality to streamline workflows and improve productivity
- Stay current on CMS capabilities, digital content best practices, accessibility requirements, and industry trends
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Content Author, Content Manager, CMS Administrator, or similar digital content role
- 2-3 years of experience working with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of content governance and content lifecycle management
- Working knowledge of cloud-based platforms, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies
- Strong computer and software skills (including Google Suite of Products, project management software, Adobe software and CMS software)
- Proficiency with project task tracking and documentation tools eg. Jira, Confluence
- Experience collaborating with clients and stakeholders
- Understanding of WCAG AA Accessibility standards an asset
- Working knowledge of web analytics and reporting through Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics Suite
- An energetic approach to multi-task and process information quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of SEO best practices within CMS platforms an asset

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Total compensation range:$50,000—$60,000 CAD
