Construction Laborer / Sprayer

· General Labourers to work in the casting department.

· Heavy lifting required.

· CSA Approved Safety Shoes required

· Help moving finished products to the next line / step in the process.

· Spreading plaster / cement on moulds, measuring and cutting mats, sanding and sweeping.

Key Responsibilities for the SPRAYER Position:

• Perform daily setup, calibration, and breakdown of pumps, spray guns, and air

· compressor lines.

• Apply fine and smooth coats of GRG and GFRC to molds, to specified thicknesses

· with required quality.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Caring and cleaning of spray guns

• Directing the “toolers” for further spread of the sprayed material as needed

• Track piece count of each type produced during the shift

• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the spraying process.

• Maintain an organized workspace.

• Other duties as assigned.
