Staffing Coordinator

WE'RE HIRING: STAFFING COORDINATOR

Are you energetic, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced staffing environment? We're looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team and help us connect reliable candidates with opportunities across our light industrial and warehouse clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making high-volume calls to candidates from resumes, job boards, and our existing database
• Reviewing resumes and identifying candidates who match open positions
• Screening candidates and confirming their experience, availability, location, and job expectations
• Coordinating interviews, orientations, onboarding, and training
• Following up with candidates to confirm shift availability and start dates
• Responding quickly to urgent and last-minute staffing requirements
• Supporting staffing for General Labour, Forklift/MHE, Warehouse, and Administrative positions
• Building and maintaining an active candidate pool for current and upcoming job orders
• Following up on attendance, call-ins, no-shows, and replacements
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates and internal teams to ensure staffing needs are met
• Updating candidate records, availability, and placement information in our staffing systems
• Managing multiple open positions and priorities while meeting daily staffing targets

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Ability to confidently speak with candidates and assess their suitability for positions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in light industrial or warehouse staffing is an asset
• Bilingual (English + another language) is an asset
