Medical Support / Receptionist

Our Multidisciplinary Clinic in Winnipeg is a busy establishment that strives to offer a warm environment for both our clients and employees. We currently have 2 physiotherapists, a massage therapist, and a doctor working on our team as clinicians. We are currently seeking to add medical support/receptionists to our small, but mighty team.

The successful candidates will have customer service experience and must work well in a fast-paced environment. These positions would be well-suited to individuals looking for consistent work, and/or those who enjoy working with people and can bring positive energy to our team!

Position 1 (full-time): 35 hours per week

Position 2 (part-time): 10-20 hours per week

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Strong and effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to work quickly and multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• Experience with social media and/or marketing is considered an asset

CLIENT SERVICES SKILLS:

• Always available to clients
• Maintains a pleasant and professional image

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES

• Greeting clients with a smile, taking payment and directing them to their rooms
• Flipping rooms, folding laundry, restocking and general cleaning/tidying
• Returning patient calls and/or answering the phone to address any client questions/concerns. This includes speaking with new clients and creating their profiles/booking their appointments with the relevant clinician(s).
• Performing inventory and ordering stock as necessary
• Possible management of social media profile(s) and/or additional marketing tasks may be assigned
• Performs additional duties as assigned

• Customer service: 2 years (required)
