Duties

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Lead, train, and develop staff to foster a motivated and efficient team environment.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
• Supervise food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Handle POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen management and sanitation practices.
• Monitor shift performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve overall restaurant efficiency.

Skills

• Proven management experience within Tim Hortons.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation procedures and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with a background in staff training, supervising, and team management.
• Skilled in inventory control, inventory, and food cost management practices.
• Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.

• Ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 year of recent Tim Hortons experience as a Manager OR MUST have 2 years as a Tim Hortons Supervisor

• Recent Tim Hortons experience required
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs

• Previous management experience
