• Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls with professionalism and phone etiquette

• Assist in budgeting processes and financial reporting as needed

• Provide clerical support to various departments, ensuring timely completion of tasks

• Work with accounting team to ensure proper documents are prepared and ready
