Forklift Operator - Counterbalance

Job Description:

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to:

• Move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers

Additional responsibilities include:

• Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
• Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and complete tasks

Skills:

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Ability to lift heavy items
• Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes and procedures
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order fulfillment

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating Counterbalance forklifts
• Valid Counterbalance certification
• Reliable transportation

Shift:

• 2 Weeks Rotating Shifts
• Days: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Afternoons: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM (Monday-Thursday) and Fridays 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Note: Overtime (OT) is mandatory.

Pay Rate: $21.00/hr
