True North Home Consultants is hiring 2–4 Appointment Setters / Telephone Representatives to join our growing team.

If you're energetic, outgoing, and enjoy talking with people, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Contact homeowners by phone
• Schedule appointments for our consultants
• Update customer information in our CRM
• Follow simple scripts and procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude

No sales required. Your role is to schedule appointments only.

Schedule

Weekday Evenings:

• Monday–Friday: 3:45 PM – 9:30 PM

Weekends:

• Saturday & Sunday: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Basic computer skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Reliable and punctual
• Coachable and open to feedback
