3D Printing Technician

Hallmark is a Halifax based dental lab serving dental clinics and their patients in Atlantic Canada. We are looking to hire a 3D Printing Technician to join our growing team. The 3D Printing Technician is responsible for digital fabrication beginning with receiving designed files and ending with delivering printed products to the finishing technicians.

3D Printing Technician Duties & Responsibilities:

• Receive, triage, and manage incoming print queue from CAD technicians
• Nests and queues Asiga Builds
• Nests and queues Carbon Builds
• Operates and maintains Asiga Max printers
• Operates and maintains Asiga 4K printer
• Operates and maintains Carbon printer
• Maintains stock of print resins and print trays
• Washes and cures printed products
• Cures products in Dreve unit
• Cures products in Auto flash unit
• Communicates with tech support for print hardware and software
• Recycles alcohol in sidewinder 

3D Printing Technician Requirements:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Good time management skills and meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Technical knowledge of dental procedures and equipment
• Written and verbal communication skills
