Requirements:1 year of security experience, w/ preferably in a Mall/Retail, in-house loss prevention, Gov't environment, and/or a diploma in the field of security or law enforcementEducation background in law enforcement, such as Police Foundation/Criminology/Protection Security and Investigation is an asset.Valid Ontario Security License & Valid Standard First Aid & Level C CPR with AEDComfort with two-way radio communication/dispatch and/or CCTV softwareApproaches a situation with a listening mindset and empathyCapable of standing and walking for a duration of up to 8/10/12 hoursAbility to problem solve, effective with crowd management and use discretion and good judgmentUse of force training and/or Military/Law Enforcement background is an asset. This is a full-time Retail Security Guard role based in Toronto, ON, covering premier retail locations in the Toronto/Mississauga region.
