At Orillia Chevrolet Buick GMC, we believe great customer service starts long before a customer arrives at the dealership. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator to be the friendly voice our customers hear first.

You'll help keep our service department running like a well-oiled machine by scheduling appointments, answering questions, and making sure every customer feels valued from their very first interaction.

What You'll Be Doing

● Answer incoming service calls with energy and professionalism.

● Schedule service appointments that keep our shop operating efficiently.

● Educate customers on recommended maintenance and manufacturer service intervals.

● Respond to emails, texts, and online appointment requests.

● Reach out to customers who are due for service and help them get back on the schedule.

● Turn every customer interaction into an exceptional experience.

● Work closely with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer journey.

● Keep customer information accurate and up to date.

● Help create loyal customers who can't wait to come back.

● Has previous customer service experience (automotive experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right person).

● Experience with CDK, DealerMine, or other dealership software is an asset.
