About the Role:
Country Tire in Surrey, BC is looking for a friendly and organized receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy retail tire shop. Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule and manage service appointments for tire installations, repairs, and automotive services
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate departments
- Process customer invoices, payments, and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to communicate vehicle status updates to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and reception area
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
- Proficient in basic computer applications and booking/scheduling software
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Experience in an automotive not required
- Punctual, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team as well as independently
