Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through inbound calls.
Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting, or make product recommendations based on the customer's needs.
Take payments, explain charges, and help customers navigate self-serve options.

Additional Information:

All applicants must be currently residing in Canada and able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on SIN.
You will work 8 to 9.5-hour shifts, 5 shifts per week.
Shifts will fall between the hours of 7:00 AM and midnight, Monday to Sunday.
All applicants must:
- Be fluent in both French and English.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Have your computer hard-wired to the internet.
