Full-time Bilingual French Collections Role Available!

Permanent role with medical and dental benefits! Remote work (may change to hybrid for those living in Ontario). In-office days as required in North York.

Experience in Collections or Banking is required.
$20/hr.
Must live in the GTA and be able to work in-office as required.

Our Financial Customer Service Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

We have a permanent full-time opportunity in North York, and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of:

Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 11:00pm EST
Saturdays: 8:00am to 6:00pm EST
Sunday: 1:00pm to 8:00pm EST

Requirements / Exigences:

Must speak French / Doit parler français
Must have collections or banking experience.
Quiet workspace at home with high-speed internet / Espace de travail calme à la maison avec Internet à haute vitesse
