HMI and program development.Responsibilities1. Control System Design and Implementation
2. PLC Programming and Configuration
3. SCADA System Integration
4. Project Management
5. Documentation and Compliance
6. Training and SupportLead the design and development of control systems following customer specifications, ensuring they meet industrystandards. Collaborate with mechanical designers, electricians and assemblers to integrate control systems that flows witheach part of the job. Provide technical guidance to junior team members. Offer technical support for troubleshooting andresolving control systems issues.Qualifications8-10 Years Work Experience minimum
Minimum 5 years, (10+ preferred) working in a related industrial automotive field.
Advanced knowledge of Allen Bradley (required), Omron, Siemens considered asset.
Advanced experience working with ABB, Fanuc (required), any others considered an asset.
Knowledge of safety setup, industrial networking, IO link.
Motion control applications experience
Vision application experience would be an asset.
Experience with AutoCad electrical or Eplan.
Experience with pneumatic design.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Degree/Diploma in related field (required).
