The Landscape Effects Group is looking for driven individuals to join our Residential & Commercial Maintenance division, a team committed to keeping outdoor spaces sharp, clean, and consistently cared for.

This is for those who take pride in doing things right the first time.

Those who understand that details matter, from clean edges and uniform cuts to precise trimming and seasonal upkeep.

What You'll Do:

1. Perform regular landscape maintenance on residential and/or commercial properties
2. Mow, edge, trim, and blow off properties using professional-grade equipment
3. Weed, prune, mulch, and plant as needed
4. Report any site concerns or improvement ideas to the team lead or supervisor
5. Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
6. Maintain a clean and professional appearance onsite

What We're Looking For:

1. Positive attitude, strong work ethic & a team player
2. Attention to detail
3. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
4. Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
5. Prior landscape maintenance experience is a strong asset but not required
6. Reliable transportation to and from our shop
