Contract Administration Assistant

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Contract Administration Assistant to join our team. This position will provide administrative support across several departments and assist with coverage for key business functions.

Key Responsibilities

· Bookkeeping and basic accounting using QuickBooks

· Dispatch relief and scheduling support

· Administrative support for the sales team

· Assist with customer service and general office administration

· Warehouse support including shipping, receiving, inventory, and order preparation

· Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as required

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

· Be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

· Be dependable, motivated, and able to work independently

· Have previous bookkeeping (1-2 years) or accounting experience

· Have experience with QuickBooks (preferred)

· Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)

· Learn new software and systems quickly

· Have strong communication and customer service skills

· Be physically capable of assisting with warehouse duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs

· Previous dispatch or service coordination experience is considered an asset

What We Offer

· $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience

· Initial 6-month contract, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent full-time position as our growth plans continue

· Monday to Friday schedule
